• Texas Hold'em - The most popular form of poker. This is also the name for Hold'em (or Holdem).
• Three of a kind - Three cards of the same rank ("trips").
• Tight - A tight poker player is a player who doesn't play many pots. A tight poker game is one that doesn't have much action.
• Top pair - When a player pairs one of his hole cards with the highest card on the board.
• Turn - The fourth community card dealt and the third round of betting.
• Two pair - A hand consisting of two different pairs.
